On the course of establishing the connection between your feelings and body - meditation is an important practice.
There are two types of meditation: guided and silent.
They are equally good, they used just for different purposes.
To be able to distinguish your feelings, you need to hear them first.
To know yourself as a grownup, you need to know your inner child first.
Guided meditation helps you to follow the story and get to your answers and releases. This week we will meet your inner child.
Meeting your inner child can have different purposes as well. From healing the childhood trauma to find a spark, get inspired.
In this meditation I invite you to just observe. Walk and play together. Get familiar with your little kid.
Questions to reflect on after the meditation:
Where have met your inner child? Describe the space. How you can implement those elements in your space right now to make it safe and comfortable for you as a grownup?
What the feeling you felt when you just saw little yourself?
What did your child do? Is this activity still brings you joy?
How did you feel when you said to little yourself that you love you?
